1. Refund Eligibility
1.1 Eligible for Full Refund
You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if:
- You have not used more than 10% of your purchased credits
- Technical issues prevented you from using the service
- The service did not perform as advertised
- You experienced significant quality issues with processed videos
- Service was unavailable for extended periods (>48 hours)
1.2 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if:
- You've used between 10-50% of your credits within 30 days
- Refund amount = (Unused credits ÷ Total credits) × Purchase price
- Service quality issues affected multiple videos
- You downgrade from a higher plan within the first 14 days
1.3 Not Eligible for Refund
Important
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- More than 50% of credits have been used
- More than 30 days have passed since purchase
- Service was used as intended and functioned properly
- Change of mind after using the service extensively
- User error or misunderstanding of service capabilities
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Chargebacks initiated without contacting support first
2. Refund Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:

3. Subscription Cancellations
3.1 Monthly Subscriptions
- Cancel anytime before your next billing date
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period
- No refund for the current month (pro-rated or otherwise)
- Unused credits expire at the end of the billing period
3.2 Annual Subscriptions
- Cancel within first 30 days for pro-rated refund (minus used credits)
- After 30 days, no refund but service continues until end of annual term
- No automatic renewal if cancelled
4. Technical Issues & Service Credits
Service Credits
For minor technical issues, we may offer service credits instead of refunds:
- Failed video processing: Full credit refund for that video
- Poor quality output: Reprocessing or credit refund
- Extended processing delays: Bonus credits
- Service outages: Proportional credit compensation
5. Quality Guarantee
We guarantee:
- Accurate Translation: 95%+ accuracy for supported languages
- Natural Voice Quality: High-quality AI-generated voices
- Processing Success: 99%+ success rate for properly formatted videos
- Audio Sync: Synchronized dubbing with original video
If we fail to meet these standards, you're eligible for a full refund or reprocessing at no additional cost.
6. Dispute Resolution
6.1 Disputed Charges
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank:
- Contact our support team first
- We resolve 95% of disputes within 48 hours
- Chargebacks may result in account suspension
- We're committed to fair and fast resolutions
6.2 Escalation
If you're not satisfied with our initial response:
- Request escalation to management
- Include all previous correspondence
- Response within 2 business days
7. Special Circumstances
7.1 Medical/Emergency Situations
We understand life happens. Contact us if:
- Medical emergency prevents service use
- Unexpected life circumstances arise
- We'll work with you on a case-by-case basis
7.2 Service Discontinuation
If DubMaster discontinues service:
- Full refund for all unused credits
- 90-day notice period
- Data export assistance provided
8. Payment Methods
Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfer: 7-10 business days
If the original payment method is unavailable, we'll arrange an alternative method.
